This page explains exactly what this site stores. It is short because the site collects almost nothing.

What we collect

Only your email address, and only if you submit the launch-notification form. Optionally, the pricing answer you pick in that same form, and the utm_source value from the link you arrived through (e.g. reddit) so we know which channel people come from. If you ask us to email your FIT files, that address is used to send the message and is not stored in our database unless you also tick the launch-notification box (our email provider, Resend, may keep it in its delivery logs — see below). We also keep anonymous daily counters (how many visits, calculations and downloads, per channel) and any anonymous feedback you choose to type — the feedback box asks for no email and is not linked to you.

What we do NOT collect

The pace calculator and FIT downloads need no account and store nothing — your race time and weekly hours are used to compute the result and are never saved. We set no cookies, run no third-party analytics, collect no browser fingerprints, and never ask for your Garmin password. The app does not save IP addresses to its database or logs; to prevent abuse (spam) it holds them in memory briefly (at most a day) for request rate limiting, and never stores them. The delivery and security infrastructure in front of the site (Cloudflare, and the reverse proxy on our host server) may temporarily record IP addresses in its access logs as part of normal operation. The counters above are plain totals per day — they cannot be traced back to a person.

How we use it

A stored email is used for one thing: telling you when automatic Garmin sync launches. A non-stored address is used once, to send you the FIT files you asked for. We do not send newsletters, and we never sell or share your address.

Where it is stored

In a single SQLite file on the server running this site. Aggregate counts (how many people signed up, per channel) are visible only to the operator.

Service providers and international transfers

We rely on two providers, both in the United States. Resend, Inc. (USA) sends our emails (FIT files and the launch notice); your email address is passed to it when a message is sent. Cloudflare, Inc. (USA, global network) delivers and protects the site; your connection records (such as IP address) pass through it on every visit. Each provider keeps this data according to its own retention policy.

How long we keep it

A waitlist email is kept until we send the launch notice or you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first; on request we delete it without delay. Anonymous counters and feedback cannot identify anyone, so we keep them for as long as the service runs.

Deleting your data

Email us and your address is removed. There is nothing else of yours to delete. The operator at the contact below handles all privacy questions and requests.
